Cancellation Policy

At Signature Strands Hair Studio, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect our stylists’ time and other clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Clients who repeatedly cancel late or no-show may be required to place a deposit to book future appointments.

Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and may still be subject to a cancellation fee.
